Fees.

All payments for items won require payment in full within seven days of receipt of invoice.

At conclusion of an auction, you will expect to receive an invoice for your purchase. This will include Hammer price (the total price the item reached in auction) and the Buyer’s Premium (BP), that goes to the auction company. This PB includes an Australian Goods and Services Tax – GST.

23 Collectors BP is set at 22% (inclusive of the GST)

Postage will be organized once the invoice has been paid in full. All items will be insured and registered and sent to you at the whatever cost has been allocated by Australia Post.
23 Collectors will charge a flat rate of $10AU to cover all packing materials etc.

23 Collectors are a company located across Australia. We have a nominated trust account compliant with legislative guidelines and payment for lots won can be deposited into this account directly, using the detail found on your invoice.
